To maintain the data correctly, weekly and monthly reports are submitted by the implementation team who works in the field. These data are looked at by the finance team for expenditure and bills. The finance team monitors the expenditures and bills are reimbursed accordingly. The reports are then submitted to the documentation team for further review.

The documentation team revises the whole report and monitors the project outcome based on the implementation and budget.

Furthermore, monthly review meetings are organised to assess the performance of the month. The plans are made and approved, budgets are finalised and achievements are looked upon during the review meetings.
